Property layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent photograph release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling different parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
More materials released as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
